Please Note: Agnieszka is currently waitlisting until mid-November
Agnieszka Wyka is a Registered Clinical Counsellor/Psychotherapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward greater healing and connection. Her approach is client-centered and collaborative, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals.
She works with clients experiencing childhood and relational trauma, family-of-origin patterns, attachment concerns, and relational struggles. Drawing from a range of evidence-based and compassionate approaches—including nervous system regulation, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and emotional processing—Agnieszka provides a supportive and integrative therapeutic experience. She also has extensive experience supporting clients impacted by addiction, whether in recovery themselves or living with addiction in the family, as well as those healing from relationships with narcissistic partners or navigating maladaptive relationship patterns.
Alongside her work with individuals, Agnieszka is passionate about helping couples and families strengthen their relationships. She incorporates elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Couples Developmental Model, and Gottman Method principles to foster deeper understanding, trust, and intimacy. She also supports couples working through challenging circumstances such as infidelity or betrayal related to addiction, offering a compassionate space to repair and rebuild.
In addition, Agnieszka has experience facilitating group therapy, creating safe and supportive spaces for collective healing and growth. Her goal is to offer warmth, professionalism, and a non-judgmental environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.
