Agnieszka holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is dedicated to empowering clients to build the life they truly desire. She practices a person-centered approach, grounded in unconditional positive regard, and tailors her support to each client’s unique needs. Starting from the foundation of the nervous system, Agnieszka helps clients transition from dysregulated states to a place of well-being. With a compassionate, warm presence, she integrates a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to address issues like anxiety, depression, substance abuse, body image, and eating disorders. Agnieszka also supports clients through challenging life transitions such as grief, the impacts of immigration, relationship and family concerns, and parenting. She believes that meaningful connection is a core human need essential for healing and personal growth.
AGNIESZKA SPECIALIZES IN: Supporting clients with addiction and recovery, trauma, anxiety, and panic. She is also skilled in working with couples and families on relationship challenges.
