Learn, Connect, and Grow
At Hollyburn Support Services, we believe meaningful growth doesn’t only happen in the counselling room.
Our workshops and community education programs are designed to strengthen mental health, relationships, and family wellbeing. Whether you’re preparing for parenthood, navigating family life, or looking to better understand yourself and those you care about, our programs are designed to provide meaningful learning that extends beyond the counselling room.
Facilitated by experienced counsellors, our workshops are grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-based, and evidence-informed approaches, creating spaces where participants feel safe to ask questions, reflect, and connect with others.

💛 Be the parent you needed growing up.
Children don’t need perfect parents. They need caregivers who are curious, connected, and able to understand the emotions behind their behaviour.
Our Circle of Security Parenting® program helps you better understand your child’s emotional needs, strengthen secure attachment, and build a relationship that supports confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing for years to come.
