For a Seamless Experience
At Hollyburn Support Services, we believe in making our services as accessible as we can for everyone, regardless of background or ability. We are dedicated to offering a straightforward and transparent direct billing process to support your mental health journey.
What is Direct Billing?
Direct billing means we submit the cost of your session directly to your insurance provider, allowing you to avoid upfront payments and waiting for reimbursements.
How It Works:
- Verify Your Coverage: Confirm with your insurer that counselling services are covered.
- Share Your Insurance Details: Provide your policy number and relevant information to your counsellor or intake team.
- Session Billing: After your session, we’ll bill your insurance directly. If any portion is not covered, you can pay that directly to Hollyburn.
Our Direct Billing Options
We strive to offer direct billing with a wide range of insurance providers to make accessing mental health care simpler and more convenient.
- Clients with extended health benefits may be able to have their counseling sessions directly billed to their insurer, reducing out-of-pocket costs and making the payment process hassle-free.
- If your insurance provider supports direct billing for counseling, we’ll handle the paperwork for you.
- If direct billing is not available through your insurer, we’ll provide you with a receipt so you can submit it directly for reimbursement.
